Placing Your Order

You can place your orders through my website, nicalier-fineart.com, or via my Faire link. To ensure a seamless experience, use the code “WHOLESALEFIRST” at checkout to automatically receive wholesale pricing. I accept all major credit cards, and payment is due upon order placement.

Order Minimums

I value every order, big or small. For my first-time partners, I have a modest minimum order value of CHF 150.00. For returning partners, the minimum reorder value is CHF 100.00.

Shipping

Every single one of my floral art prints is carefully made to order. They are shipped directly from my trusted printer's office in Denmark. Shipping costs will be calculated and added to your total at checkout.

Delivery Time

I understand your eagerness to receive your order. As each print is made to order, please allow us a window of 5 business days to ship your order.

Resale

My floral art prints can not be resold on third-party platforms like Amazon, Etsy, or Facebook Marketplace. We encourage resale in person or through your independent website, where the beauty of the prints can be truly appreciated.

Returns & Exchanges

I strive to ensure that every print reaches you in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, I’m committed to replacing it. Please email me at info@nicalier-fineart.com with images of the damaged or defective items.

Packaging

My prints are packaged with love and care. My wholesale orders are packed individually in cellophane bags. I request that they be sold in their original packaging. Any deviation from this may affect future orders.

Photo Usage

I’m very happy to share my product photography with you for use on your websites and social media channels. If you choose to do so, I kindly ask for attribution to @nicalier_. This helps us grow together and maintain the integrity of my artwork.

Exclusivity

I value the unique relationships I build with our retail partners. To honor this, I offer a 2.5-mile/3-kilometer exclusivity radius for my partners, ensuring that within this area, you are the sole retailer of my floral art prints. 

International Buyers

I am thrilled to cater to art lovers across the globe. Buyers from most countries can place orders through my website: nicalier-fineart.com or Faire.com. Please note that international orders may have longer lead times due to current global supply chain issues.
